You will be perfectly comfortable at every stage of your All on 4 treatment thanks to in-house twilight sedation. This safe form of sedation means you are conscious, but cannot feel any pain. You won’t remember the procedure once it’s over - but you will never forget the thrill of seeing your new teeth afterwards!
A previous dentist may have told you that you do not have enough bone for dental implants. This is a common thing for people who have had dentures for years to hear. But the good news is, technology has advanced so much that there is rarely a case where bone loss is too severe for All on 4. Patients who have very little bone in the upper jaw can often be treated using Zygoma implants in the cheek bones. We will explain all of your options and give them to you in writing once we have done the 3D imaging in your first consult that will allow us to fully understand your situation.
